OUR MISSION

Isa in Tagalog translates to "One" - one place for animals, humans, and nature to live together, rest and reconnect.

We are dedicated to taking in stray, abused, neglected, elderly, injured, ill, and abandoned animals and giving them sanctuary to live the rest of their lives in peace, with love, and proper care. Combining our passions for plants, arts and crafts, we fund our sanctuary through our own hand made or home grown products which we sell throughout San Luis Obispo county and online and maintain full time careers because, well, California is expensive.

As we develop, we plan to become a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and will create a sister sanctuary in the Philippines with an open layout where you can stay in a spatial open-aired house and simultaneous connect with our natural environment. You will be surrounded by their positive energy as they live freely and safely without worry of starvation or injury. Each animal will receive a full evaluation by a veterinarian, will be spayed or neutered and receive their basic vaccinations before moving in. They will receive 24/7 care by our sanctuary staff and volunteers. It is our mission to offer the compassion which all living things deserve until they find the family that can provide the physical and emotional care they need or simply live in a pleasant existence with us.

WHAT ARE OUR GOALS?

We want to create a safe haven for the unwanted first in a local setting and then globally. With enough support and growth, we will open our doors to as many homeless animals as we can. Currently, we operate from our little farm in Santa Margarita, CA and only take in a handful of animals at a time. We have a 2.5 acre parcel in Batangas, Philippines, where we will someday develop our sister sanctuary. We commit to our animals for life and will always readily accept them back into our care no matter the reason.
